The low beams have a different fuse then the high beams. High beams fuse's 3 & 5 both 10amp . low beams are 1 & 6 both 10 amp . plus there is a relay control module . The relay for the low beams could be bad ,or the light dimmer switch is bad . or the combination switch control unit is the culprit .
