How to fix leakage of AC on passenger side of Toyota Yaris 2008

It sounds like the evaporator drain tube is blocked or came off the duct inside, pull the carpet back and locate the rubber drain hose on the bottom of the evaporator housing, the hose should go through the firewall so water can drain out, the hose may have become disconnected before the firewall or it come off at the evap housing, pull the hose of the evaporator if water comes out make sure the hose goes out through the firewall and is not clogged.

The starter on my 2008 yaris clicks then the solinoid kicks in and tries several times before starting

first check the battery conections and test the battery. if they are good, the problem is most likely the starter. contact a toyota parts department they can check if this model still uses "starter contacts" a $30 part. if not you will need a starter motor assembly.

What happened?

Most likely a power connection was shaken loose by the rumble strip. Or a partially poor circuit was shaken violently enough it shorted fully and blew a main control fuse. I would check fuses in the underhood fusebox for power (not just that they dont look blown, a multimeter or test light should be used). There is a Body control module that is triggered by the 10a ECU-IG fuse (look in your manual) and if its fuse is blown, then it cant activate the MAIN POWER RELAY, which is...the relay that powers much of what you dont have (lighting, windows, shifter, etc). Unless you are experienced and have diagrams and locations, this could be more than the average bear can handle, Id recommend referring it to a qualified professional who has access to the wiring diagrams, component locations, plug pinouts, and can go straight to the common points. But you could try checking what I just gave you...and pray for luck.

I have a 2008 yaris. Can anyone tell me location of coolant temperature senor.

Most parts stores have location charts that may help. Generally, CTS will be located in intake manifold or head near thermostat housing. You may have two, one with one wire for dash display and one with two wires for the signal to the ECU.

My car toyota yaris stalls while on motion. what could be the reasons?

Hi! One thing would cause it is the Airflow meter which is on the flex hose or on the side of the air filter housing, where you should remove it and spray into the inner side of it where the hot wire is a carburator cleaner and fit it back trying the acceleration, the other thing is the fuel pump pressure, either the pump is not sending the correct pressure on fuel the engine need, or you do have a blogged fuel filter.

Toyota Yaris auto stall after prolonged idle period - throttle body cleaned / air mass meter replaced / no codes. Any clues

When idling for long periods of time the spark plugs can get fouled, Soon as you step on the gas the engine will usually spit and sputter then go or just stall. Avoid prolonged idling, if you must do it periodically give it some gas (pump the pedal a few times) to clear the plugs and keep them from fouling.
