Sound like a Security System activated; are you disconected the battery recently? check your disarm procedure in the owners manual.

check the owners manual but it will be in the dash or console control switches probably a switch with a light emblem on it.

1- remove the strut and spring assembly2- compress the spring with special tool3-remuve the damper shaft nut and change the new strut4- install the damper and the nut remove the tooldisassembling a strut is dangerous be careful

I had the same problem, Check the inverter coolant pump.Most probably , the pump must be not working.How to check the coolant pump?Closer to the inverter , there is clear plastic bottle filled with red colour solution.Now open the lid while on start and check whether the water is moving.If the water is not moving , then definitly the solution is to replace the coolant water pump.I hope you can correct it.good luck.Trishan Sri Lanka.

which power button are you refering too?

check fuse or relay. if u turn the nob from hot to cold itll work.. damb toyota

Make sure it's not set to auto in climate control.

There is a red positive battery connection in the fuse box under the hood. Connect the neg side to ground on the car. Then jump start the car.

You have to smash or cut off the plastic knob, and then use a tool to take out the bolt.Remember though to first let the air out of the tyre before you try this. It is likely that the tyre was inflated after the bolt had been screwed in, thus the air pressure actually caused the tyre to widen and grip the securing bolt too tightly.

Hi Scott, If the alarm is an after sales unit it has a knock sensor fitted which has an adjustable sensitivity. ask your dealer where it has been installed and then lower the adjustment. Regards John

Could be a bad sensor.

Please refer to the owners manmual on this as well as reading what is below.Whenever this warning light or any other stays on in the dash it is indicating that the systems control module (or the system sensor in the case of lights like low oil pressure, door open indicators etc.) has detected a fault, it then disables the system (this applies to ABS,TCS, TCM, SRS and BCM faults and others) as long as the light is on. You must now have the dealer hook up a special electronic diagnostic tool and "scan" the system for the fault code that is stored for the problem(s)

There is a reset button below the dash that needs to be depressed.

PS sign indicates problem with power steering. most likely is has electrically assisted steering and needs attention. may want to contact the dealer to make sure it is not under a recall before pursuing any further. the Prius cars have had alot of problems recently.

Buy starting fluid, with the car running spray it but not on electrical componets! And car should rev up if so try spraying in presise locations to see hope it helps good luck

It could be a number of things. It is definitely a suspensioon problem. Shocks spindle bushings etc. if it squeaks its shocks if it clanks it's your bushings. Hope this helps

The gas engine will shut off to increase mpg. The power will then be battery thus the hybrid design.
