Problem 1I have 2008 toyota
Your tire wear is something out of whack, bad wheel bearing, ball joint, strut, alignment, lots of stuff, a mechanic should be able to tell you what it is.
Check out tirerack.com for tire and wheel packages that would give you a lot of different options and combos on different sizes. I had a car with 16" summer wheels and 17" winter wheels.
Not sure about your vsc light, maybe bad senson in the bad bearing, but then seem like abs light would be on as well. Good luck.

Where is the fuse for the rear tail light on a 2008 highlander
If you have only one bulb not working, or if you have only one side of the rear lights not working, it would not be a fuse.
Fuses generally control , for example, all the rear tail lights, or all the front parking lights, etc.
Those fuses are found in the fuse holder underneath the dashboard of the vehicle.
If you have only one bulb out, either the bulb is burned out, or a socket for the bulb is defective, or the ground wire is not working.
If you have one side out, you likely have a wiring problem.
God bless your efforts.
