The reasons for long cranking are as follows: - Specific gravity of the storage battery is low. - Battery terminals sulfated. Clean with warm water, keeping your eyes and hand away. - Cranking motor is drawing more amperes (Current). Service the starter motor. - Engine compression low. Check the valve clearance. - Spark plugs gaps are wide open. Adjust the gaps. - Fuel pump pressure is low. (Normal range 38 psi - 44psi). - Leaky Fuel injectors. - Clogged element air cleaner. - Engine coolant temperature sensor

Just removed everything that was not original and the radio reverted back to normal function. I don't believe that wire requires any input unless you are fitting the phone interface.

Without feeling the vibration, it is hard to speculate, but, my experience here is this: you may have a bad rear wheel bearing. It is covered for 5 years/60,000 miles by Toyota

cam and crank sensors. Did you break a wire or get antifreeze on any connectors?

P0011 Camshaft Position 'A' Over-Advanced Or System Performance (Bank 1) Possible Causes

• Camshaft timing oil control valve unit has failed
• Check the oil pipe and OCV filter for clogging or a restriction
• Engine valve timing may be out of adjustment
• OCV has failed (the resistance of the OCV is from 6.9-7.9 ohms at 68?F)

The front head light adjustment on a vehicle can be rather complicated insofar as the vehicle needs to be a certain distance from a wall or screen, and the right and left beams need to be adjusted to specifications. I would recommend taking the vehicle in to a garage for such an adjustment short of having the correct specs for these adjustments. A repair manual for this vehicle may have the head light adjustment specs.

Factory system or aftermarket??

black smoke is one indication of a motor running very rich...the sensor that has the most control of this will be the the airflow meter...ive seen black smoke coming from all types of cars when these go bad

P07xx are transmission issues. read the FSM or login to alldata.com and read P0771 all code require further testing, do you have tools ,meters and guages. PCM never knows what is bad, only what test failed. here is a typical. Pull the cluster out and have it rebuilt, many sites on the web so this repair for far less than a new one cost.

remove player, pull lid and fix it. assumes all fuse are good this a Toyota Grand Prix. and engine swap?
