If check engine lights is off since replacing air fuel ratio sensors then try cleaning throttle body. If light is on, check for DLCs If same codes , change mass air flow sensor and clear codes and retest

Your problem is none are going to work until get that car to the dealer to have it reprogrammed and new firmware installed but if u want to keep buying computers they will keep selling them to you so take my advise an call them and u will see it cannot b remedied at home regards Chris

battery means the charging system is in failure mode. running engine. all lights glow key on, not running. so if they glow , the ECU may also report bad charging ( it can) and glow the CEL lamp, you scan it and see the errors get it scanned, btw the car will stall soon, when the battery dies. so dont drive it. all autostores in uSa (most) can scan it for free.. 1billion google hits on that now.

why not read the FSM. and varies by engine size/type in car, read it. per, what you have. alldata.com it there. nobody types the 75 steps here,. mostly log in and read it and the warnings, don't do and hazards. read it and avoid all the common mistakes...... and big $$$

cam or spark tell the tool used, or where you saw such bad timing. what 03 engine option, there are many engines used. displacement and cyl . counts. 2.0 L 1AZ-FE I4 (petrol) 2.0 L 1CD-FTV I4 (diesel) 2.4 L 2AZ-FE I4 (petrol) are you messing with the cam? say so.....

Check ECU any way for any possible stored codes that may be related to your issue. If no codes are stored , check all fuses, check for spark , check fuel pressure, check timing belt (broken?).

Does this engine have fuel? Does it have spark? Is it getting air? These are the questions you need to answer. First thing you should check for is spark due to it being the easiest to diagnose. Hope this helps. Btw air is almost never the issue. So check for fuel next
