TOYOTA CORROLA 2003 CENTRAL LOCK doesnot allow to start
as a temp fix to get vehicle started try removing the central locking fuse from the fusebox lower dash drivers side, the cover/lid will give the fuse's location . The OBD codes will need to be read to find the sensor/switch causing the problem for a permenant repair, hope this helps keep me posted if you wish

For my toyota corolla 1nz
On my right hand drive 2007 Toyota Corolla 1.6 wagon (NZ) the interior fuse box for the radio/cig lighter/mirrors etc was in behind the glovebox. I had to pull open the glovebox (squeeze in the sides to get it past the stops) and carefully unclip it from its bottom plastic hinges (take care to unclip the opening damper on the left hand side as well). Looking up I found the cover to the fuse box. I removed the cover and using the little white plastic tool from the fuse box under bonnet (and the spare 15A fuse from the same place) I replaced the blown 15A CIG fuse and it all came back to life!

Plugged battery wrong way car wont start
It could be a very expensive mistake. Easy to destroy certain parts of the alternator that way. But even with a bad alternator, it could still start and run-until it runs the battery down. It is cranking over, isn't it?
And more worrisome is the health of your computers on the car. Begin by testing the ignition system-that is controlled by the computer. You need to check for spark on the spark plug wires. If you have a blue, snapping spark, the ignition system is probably good. If no spark, you had better have a person with a digital volt- ohm meter and a wiring diagram of the car examine it, and check the pcm.
I'm not sure about that alternator fuse. Some cars even have an in line fuse, and some still use fusible links as protection between the alternator and the battery. Sorry I can't help you more. Check for spark.

No start
If you have clean fuel and your air cleaner is not completely clogged, you're going to have to get help figuring out what might be wrong. A friend to start with, and if they cannot help, you'll need a mechanic to check out the engine error codes and determine the problem. I'm sorry I cannot help you from here.

Car turns over but won't start
An engine needs at least 3 things to run, gas, air and spark. Your car has electronic fuel injection and virtually everything is computer controlled. If you have good fuel in the tank, and it is getting air through the filter, about the only thing you can do is get help from a mechanic.
