Power seat stopped
For most cars, that would be the seat motor has died. Another option is the fuse under the dash, or the switch on the lower side of the seat itself. Take a flashlight and mirror and look under the seat, if you can, to see if the wires are still hooked up.
Reset obd on 2001 sequoia
The stalling is usually caused by carbon deposits in the throttle body, try remoioving the air intake tube from the throttle body, block the throttle plate open and use a small brush and some air intake/throttle body cleaner to clean the carbon out, do this with the battery negative cable off, reconnect everything and go drive it for about 15 minutes this usually restores the idle to normal.
