For your four wheel drive to engage, the front diff actuator has to go into 4wd and then sends confirmation to 4wd ecu which in turn engages ur transfer case (center lock) If frame was just replaced, i check the connector on top of your front diff and make sure its plugged in as this would be a definite cause.
