I locked my keys in my 2001 Toyota echo and have to be at work in minutes how do I get them out

Take a heavy gauge coat hanger wire. Straighten the wire. Slide wedge into the gap on your car's door. Try to engage the end of wire on to the lock and pull it until it is unlocked. Although it will take time but keep on attempting to pull out the lock. Good Luck.

Engine light on code P0300,what does it mean?

Code 300 is for a random miss which could be ignition or fuel related. The problem is not yet bad enough for the engine computer to pick just one cylinder.

I was driving my 2001 Echo and it just died completely. Towed it home and when I turned ignition switch on the Eli fuse clicks and then a buzzing noise comes from the engine like a stuck sensor?

Check battery for at least 12 volts if you have less or a grate deal less it may be a chargeing problem. Charge battery if you have low volts. See if it will start if it dus check to see how much power your battery is getting from the charging system or if the car is just running off the battery and draining it down. Had you notest anything funny about the way your car was acting before it died even days before? Just start checking simple first then hardest last and checking the battery and charging system for voltage is the most simple in my opinion. Good luck

Steps to change the heater core on a toyota echo 2001

At the user end it is not possible to replace the heater core at home. It requires to remove the complete dash board assembly, and many other relating parts and sub assemblies. Better to get the job done by some workshop.

My tail lights are not working, and the light on my dash doesn't come on when the headlights are on.

this car has a tail light control relay that if it failed would cause the tail light and dash lights to fail. see http://caphector.com/atoyota/techinfo.toyota.com/ileaf/02toyrm/02toypdf/02rmsour/2002/02echorm/di/theft/tailligh.pdf Also there is a second fuse in the engine bay that if it blows it will cut power to the fuse in the interior fuse panel for the tail light fuse .If you look at the circuit diagram it is labeled fl block ALT. see link below for most likely location of FL block alt fuse http://caphector.com/atoyota/techinfo.toyota.com/ileaf/02toyrm/02toypdf/02rmsour/2002/02echorm/be/hatsy/loca.pdf See also relay location in link below http://i.fixya.net/uploads/images/8237dd51-a3bb-4248-bfce-ef01d4b805d7.jpg Having also read a few other forum suggestions on a yaris the fuse may be under a red cover on the red wires coming out of the battery. There are 2 60 amp fuses possibly under the cover. These can be damaged when a car is jump started incorrectly I do not know if you have jump started your car but this is a possible cause.

Why wont a/c clutch stay engaged

You dont have enough refrigerant in it. Go to wal-mart and by a recharge hose and a can of freon, If you do not have any leaks, and system is ok. Then by adding the proper amount of freon, should keep the a/c clutch from recycling. Good-Day! It will tell the proper way to fill it on the guage for the freon.
