idle learn procedure:

turn off all electrical items (AC fan, audio, lights, defogger, etc.)
Start the engine and hold it at 3,000 rpm with no load (in park or Neutral) until the radiator fan comes on or the engine coolant gauge shows normal running temp.

Now let the engine idle for a minimum of 5 mins with no electrical loads. If the radiator fan cycles on during this time, you must add the fan running time to the 5 mins.

go to a local key cutting locksmith and get a new key cut ,,, preferably from the original code ,, if that dont work its the ignition switch,,, a cut key just mechanical with no immobliser chip should be cheap ''' cheaper than a garage visit

you need to get your remote staring system manual and reprogram it, or go to the brand web site of your remote system and get a manual. the worst that could hapen is that you will have to take it to your nearest audio, car alarm shop and ask them to disconect it.

tell me if engine was normal.because many things will cause engine not to start up tell me if engine is turning over if yes.i would do minor things.replace air filter, clean fuel injectors engine be flooding if you have starting problems when engine hot.if you seen check engine light flashing code scan vechicle at auto zone free could have faulty idle speed air control valve,vacuum leaks at egr valve or vacuum hoses, could have problems with VVT TIMING SENSOR CONTROL VALVE TIMING,could have bad fuel injector, or faulty engine coolant temperature sensor if bad it will cause hard starting problems,best have vechicle code scan using a scanner that will save you time and money.
