How do I replace the

Welcome to FIxYa.com

Remove the three 10mm bolts on top. You then need to realease the three clips on the grill. You can do this by pushing down on the bumper with your left hand and gently pulling the grill off with your right hand.

Door locks stuck

if all of the other door locks work its mostlikely a broken wire or the door lock acctuator is bad you can check this by taking the door pannel off and checking for power at the door lock acctuator if you have power then replace the accuator

While driving engine quit lights out all power off then came back on

Thats a strange one. Even a loose battery cable should not cause that if the engine is running. The engine would have continued to run off of the alternator. The only thing that makes sense to me is that something BIG possibly shorted out - like maybe the alternator or starter. I would recommend scanning your computer network for possible fault codes (there should at least be codes for loss of battery power stored in some of the modules). Also, have your starting and charging systems thoroughly tested.
