Well it means there is a problem with the emissions control system, low coolant low oil, or a mechanical problem( inside engine). Stop at Autozone and have them put a code checker on it for you. They will do this free of charge.

I'm not sure if you changing out the radiator is coincidental or if you disconnected something by accident but usually if you ac compressor doesn't engage it means your freon level is low. Go to pep boys and buy a freon recharge kit. Make sure the can says that it has "sealant" in it as freon should never be low since it's a closed system. If the freon is low, there's a leak somewhere. The sealant will usually remedy this. It will be anywhere from 15-35 dollars. Follow the instructions. It sounds intimidating but is actually quite rudimentary. I think that will solve your problem.

May be bad gasoline...use gas tank fuel injector cleaner (2) bottles STP...could be a clogged catalytic converter...free check at your nearby muffler shop...could be a vacumn leak inspect all rubber lines and connections...most costly could be fuel pressure regulator valve...any fuel leaks?
