How to replace the drive shaft coupling on a 1995 toyota previa

I replaced my drive shafts on my 96 Previa LE SC, so I know it can be done. If you don't know the difference between the auxiliary drive shaft and the front or rear drive shafts, then you probably want to have someone do it for you. The auxiliary drive shaft coupling replacement is a difficult job. It is covered in manuals available in auto parts stores. $20 for the manual is worth it if you decide to do it yourself.

The word "help" is flashing across radio

for get radio. does engine crank, lets work EFI and engines, (NO RUNS) did you try a jump start? (cables) yet, ? if the battery is low the radio might go nuts, like all digital electronics do with way too low volts, below 10v they can go nuts. (crazy, crash, rest, or miscompute ,or get lost) it is said computers dont make mistakes, well that is true with good power. so tell us now what engine dont do right. does it crank robustly?

Clutch slipping on toyota previa d4d 53 plate can it be tightened or will it need replacing

The first thing to check is the clutch release mechanism for faults. If a cable check that the clutch operates fully from dis-engaged to engaged as if the pressure plate is held 1/2 off then the clutch will slip. If hydraulic the same fault will be from a master cylinder that has a blockage in the compensating port. It is cheaper to fix the operating bits before pulling out the gear box because normally if a clutch is worn out or the pressure plate is broken you will go nowhere regardless.

Tail light wire

Adjust the brake pedal switch located on the upper side of the brake pedal under the dash. To adjust the stop light switch, disconnect the two wires attached to the rear of the switch, move the switch by loosening the lock nut towards the brake pedal. As soon as the center pin of the switch begins to touch the brake pedal notch, rotate the switch half turn more and lock it by tightening the lock nut. Connect the wires back and ask your companion to see the tail lamps while you depress and release the brake pedal. Or you can see the tail lamp behavior by parking the car on reverse at a distance of one foot from any wall.
