Petrol tank
First, don't syphon by mouth -- gasoline is poisonous -- can be deadly.
I would suggest buying a bulb hand-syphon at Pep Boys (or similar) -- cost about $2 or 3.
Just put one end in the tank, the other in you gas can, pump bulb.
Note:
Since you're using the term Petrol, you may not have a Pep Boys in your area, but you get the idea (do-it-yourself auto parts store).

Oil light on toyota previa
have the oil pressure checked ... if you are not using too low a viscositity of oil (the weight) you might be able to use a thicker weight oil to raise the pressure.

WHERE TO FIN VIN ON TOYOTA TACOMA 2001
I am hoping you said you were looking for the vin number. If you look at the windshield, on the bottom corner of the drivers side of it, you will see a small opening with the vin number in it. Or, the registration and the title. Good luck.

Led brake light works at
Check the current to see if it is AC instead of DC. An AC current will power the LED light but only on every other cycle giving you half brightness.

When I start my 1996 Previa the engine revs up wide open
Have you removed the intake hose and checked that the buterfly is closed. If so does it open up on its own accord when engine starts. If so check all linkages and return springs. If it has a cable operated throttle and the butterfly is not opening then you have a massive air leak into the manifold via a breather hose or the likes.

1994 Previa A/C problem
Look to see that the A/C condensate drains are working. You should see water dripping out from the front & the back whilst the A/C is running. If no water; clean the drain tubes. Also, you need to be running the A/C on the RECIRC mode (the little car with an arrow doing a u-turn inside the car); if not, you are air conditioning outside air, and the unit is icing up from too much humidity. Sort of like running your fridge with the door open...
If neither of those items correct your issue, you may need to replace the A/C thermister; but, that is a very rare failure.

Catalitic converter
I hate to say this, but what they told you seems to be correct. The catalytic converter is somewhat expensive for this vehicle because an O.E. converter must be used. If you were to install an aftermarket converter on this vehice, it would still not pass the emission's test. Furthermore replacing the oxygen sensor along with it is the only way to go. Hope this helps. I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

My indicator are not working
Hi
It sounds like you have a loose connection either grab a torch and look under the dash as much as possible to see if any connections are loose or take it to an auto electrician and and ask for a quote to check out the issue.
