it's blocked try opening it with a fine sewing needle, or a very thin piece of steel wire (the kind they use for monastery work).

shifting gears is not about speed it's about revs. Don't over or under rev when shifting, usually it' between 2.5 and 3k

it's nothing to do with speed, you have to shift with engine revs, get used to the engine noise, it will tell you by itself when it wants to shift, to help you when it's sounds straining from high revs that is bad, but don't shift when revs are too low either, usually is between 2.5k or 3k that is the best but cars differ from one another so it's about trial and error.

is it fuel injected or carbs ?

try to see if the choke is stuck first it sounds like to much gas in the cylinders.

is it coil on plug ?

Try a reputible parts retailer, come on...

If all else fails you can go to parts store and buy a universal horn kit and run new wires and button inside to car. mount it on dash or something. it will have instructions.

Should have a fuse box under drivers side dash and a fuse box under the hood. I think the horn fuse is under the dash on drivers side. usually 10 amp. I would get a test light and a friend and have the friend push the horn while i held the test light on the horn connector wires. It has two wires a voltage and a ground. If fuse is good but still no power at the horn then check the switch in the steering wheel. You could have a bad "clock spring" or steering wheel switch.

Starter will be located at transmission housing-to-engine area and alongside the bell housing.
