I have a 94' Toyota pick up truck. 2wd, 5spd and

Sounds to me like your transmission is just plain worn out from running with no fluid in it. I have an early 5 speed from the 1988 Toyota that works fine if your interested. I have the same from an "84 in my "86 Toyota pickup I just took off the road last January. The '94/'95 should be the same if you want to keep your truck on the road. Mine had frame rot, typical of these trucks.

Idles rough with blacksmoke. Also check engine light on!

Here is a long shot for you. I had the same problem with a couple of vehicles. It turned out to be an engine sensor, like a temperature sensor, but this sensor was hooked to the computer instead of the temperature gauge. The sensors were used on many cars, and in fact, were identical for many vehicles about the time of yours. When defective, they told the computer it was -20 degrees outside, so the computer dumped gasoline into the engine like the old hand-choke would do. That is the source of the black smoke and the engine light being on. God bless your efforts.

My 94 toyota runs well however, it recently stalled and left me stranded. I got it running however know it idles very rough and produces black smokeduring idle. also the check engine light came on!

Could be several different things including injector problems. The best thing to do is to have someone check the engine computer for trouble codes. The codes tell the mechanic what to test.

Does anyone know if I can run 15" wheels on 1994 two wheel drive or where I can shop for 14" X 7" wheels?

Yes, you should be able too. Speak to a tire and rim specialist, as this greatly depends on bolt pattern, tire size (specifically profile depth) and so on. They will have the specs on the year, make & model of your vehicle and provide you with options.
