To my knowledge after 2001/2, Toyota no longer uses an external fuel filter on their Sienna models, all the fuel filters are incorporated with the fuel pump inside the tank. Should your model still have an external fuel filter it would be underneath the air filter assembly. You could verify by following the the fuel line/hose.

Additionally, you may want to have your car's computer codes scanned/read, there may be indicators/errors. Depending on the errors/code displayed, they may be causing your intermittent starting which could be anywhere from the O2 sensors to the two A/F sensors or entirely something else.

Look at the front of the engine near the crank pulley, on some later models the crank position sensor is located in the timing cover near the front next to the pulley, it has a wire coming from it going up to a connector near the alternator, if it's not there then it is built into the distributor.

Fuel pump access port under rear seat. Line runs from there to firewall, to fuel rail. Filter mounted on left side of firewall. follow the line from the rail backwards to locate filter.

not to panic as it is not the box because you have 2 cables for the gear selection they have to be adjusted correctly to enable gear selection one cable will position the selector for in the gate in line with a shift rail and the other will move the rail after a box replacement ,it is very possible that the adjustment has mover or a cable has stretch or started to fail causing your problems any accredited transmission shop with experience on your make of vehicle should be able to adjust or replace the faulty cable

Have you checked your engine for running rough or miss firing

If it is not making sound, it is the starter that is not working. May need a new starter, a new cable, a tightened cable, or a fuse.

Apparently it wasn't fixed exactly correctly? I would take it back, and have them check it out, it all should be under warranty, hopefully?

it could be a partially plugged catalytic converter. The catalyst stops working over time and can become plugged resulting in loss of power and is consistent with age of vehicle. Something to check

No problem, just change the EGR valve and you'll have the power you need.

Your mpg is what it is. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. As for the low power, replace the EGR(exhaust gas recirculation) valve and you'll have the power expected form the engine.

Remove pos battery cable for 15mins reset the computer put back. On tighten pos cable
