If the horn connector is damaged cut it at the base. Buy from local auto shop two separate brass flat connector with sleeves one red for +ive wire and one black for -ive wire. Joint them separately to the wires. Wrap insulating tape on each wire carefully to prevent any short circuit.

if the injector coils are not shorted (0 ohms) the ECU is bad, caused by that, measure both coils (all) all must read the same. this is like test 1. then clicking. ever heard of a NOID light test? get one and do it. check all fuses check for 12v to injectors. some engines( you never told it) have injectors ganged means 2 , injectors run off 1 wire, from ECU. so, if that is your engine, then the eCU wire is dead and the noid test fails.

what do you mean by "locked"? is it the gear shift lever or the transmission won't move the car? was the car in park position?

unbolt it. install new calibrate cable.

Hi Craig, There's a screw which must be removed from the back of the molding. Once that's removed the unit is pushed forward to un-clip from the door frame. When that's completed there's the rod behind it which operates the locking mechanism. A plastic clip holds it and is released by pushing sideways. Regards John

Sounds like multiple cylinder misfire. Check and/or replace spark plugs, ign. cables, and distributor cap and rotor, if not D.I.S.

check for idle speed if the idle speed to low it will stall or rough after shifting the rpm is 700 to 750rpm

the problem maybe there an open circuit between relay to head lamp and inspect the switch continuty

Check for loose connection of the speedometer wire at both the transmission or the speedometer assembly. If OK, replace the vehicle speed sensor.
