Both are located under the timing cover.you will have to remove the timing sproket to get to the CrankshaftPS. be careful to notice how you removed it. the sproket have to be reinstalled exactly the same way you removed it.

Check all your fuses first, the panel in the car and the larger ones under the hood, then get back to me.

what engines, there are 5 engines, in 1995 nobody can help you unless. you tell engine class and if clever, country.

short answer, bad question! GEN 5 , trecel, long: is this a USA,car,?? gee, why not say that. ???? as each car in each country has different systems. OBD1, OBD1.5 , OBD2, JOBD, EOBD. etc. or worse..... did you look for the 16pin D-shell shaped DLC connector ? at drivers knee? so im blocked from being accurate, just that.... alone.. and what engine? 5 engines world wide.... a fact. 2E,3E,4E,5E (new twin cam in 95) or the 1N in 1995 some engines on some cars were full or 1/2 OBD2 compliant. that RIGHT, some with 4cyl are OBD1, and V6 OBD2, can prove it. some cars in 1995, are OBD2 and have no flash codes, some are compliant to OBD2 with a cable adaptor. 1.5 compliance the EPA will list this car and non compliant ever if 100% good, but connector is wrong, or get this, more than 1 meter for steering so, RTM. the manual never lies, and that manual is , THE FSM. http://actron.com/faq_detail.php?pid=16298&id=7 fact2 the earliest OBD2 is 1994 car. 1996 is mandate. 1995 cars are on LIMBO do your home work. ! or ask ? to ask answer all questions above, country and ENGINE Lots of disinformation on the web, i track this and know it. OMG , 1995.5 year cars, ouch. ok 1 step at a time. the light must glow key on, does, ,if not its burned out or stolen many cars, (vast) the nasty PO stole it so new owners can see truth. very common. in real world. short answer 2: can work (USA ONLY)!!! i found the OBD2 standard, OBD2 connector by right knee. i jacked in new scan took key on and its dead. i open hood, look up and see , EPA sticker and no OBD2 compliant word, bingo a OBD1.5 car, ask for help. (custom cable) tricky huh, i dont design them i only fix them i fix ECU/s

loosen, remove, clean and reinstall large cable that runs from starter to battery. hope this helps, good luck.

you may have a battery even though its been tested.it possible that there is a bad cell in the battery causing the problem. jump starting it to get it to run tells me this maybe what`s happening as when jump starting it may burn the bridge in the cell that is causing a short within the battery. when it`s running have the charging system check at a repair shop, as some parts stores don`t know how to properly check things(read between what they see and symptoms) and take test results at face value.

probably fuel pump is gone no such thing as reset button ( fuse ) runs pump

Good luck to you trying to get that type of answer on-line.Sorry to say but sounds like all your steps need retraced-I really don't think all the items you mentioned are on the same circuit(IE;Fuse)but make sure 1(or 2 didn't blow-did you see/hjear any arching when playing with wires??If so absolutely check fuse's closer-otherwise off to the shop you go-JT & Good Luck

the same thing happens to my Toyota Tercel but with carburetor 98 is weak and spends a lot of gas, but once you accidentally put diesel tank is clean or so and became very strong car, but after a week stay equally weaker than before. What can it be????

is the dimmer switch turned up?? Lights burned out?

If not cranks at all check the battery for charge, starter, fuses
If cranks no start check wiring(replace) , distributor cap (replace), rotor, ignition coil
