Remove the cap and remove the screw.Shake the arm and remove from the cone shaft. start the wipers and stop,let park and install the arm again on the right place. tight the nut and check if park without hitting the hood.If the arm feel lose you need to replace the bushing from the links driving the arms. Your tank cannot be wired to the injectors. The fuel must come through a pipe, not a wire.
