what happened when it went from running to not? Pretty sure you have a timing belt, not chain, and its behind the fan motor and all those belts, behind the black plastic housing. You have to remove all of your hoses and fan blade, then housing bolts, to see if its your timing belt.

Pop the plastic cap off the wiper arm and tighten the nut that holds the arm on .

Dont clean your throttle body yet..........Theres an idle air control valve{ black round top about the size of a 50cent piece} on the back of the throttle body, cleaners will ruin it. It mounts with 2 screws facing the back of the motor. This is what controls your idle.........
