Most vehicles you have to drop fuel tank. Remove ring on top of tank holding pump assembly in. However you will need special tools to remove assembly from fuel lines. Some vehicles have a access port not sure if you vehicle has one

I understand from your several questions that you are not getting spark on your Toyota engine installed into another brand car. Is the engine controlled by a computer? If so, the computer sends a signal to the coil based on input from the crankshaft position sensor. You need to check if the crankshaft position sensor is working properly, and that the wiring from the crankshaft position sensor to the computer is not damaged. Also, inside the distributor is a sensor that sends a signal to the computer. Check that that sensor and wiring are good too.
