Replace normal engine in 87

Check for crushed/shorted wires. Check part numbers to verify model compatibility. If to no avail install aftermarket tachometer and turbo boost gauges.

I have a 1987 Toyota supra, Any one knows a place where I can take to fix, engine, turbo, suspension, wiring, molding, paint, rims, etc. I called many places and they just said (Not familiar with the car)

Sounds like you want to restore it. Don't go to a garage. Take it to a restoration shop. They will restore anything, as long as you have the money to spend.

Starts and runs great but dies when you hit the brakes it dies

engine stalls. can be 50 reasons but are this. needs a 60k mile tune up bad. 1: EFI system has 12vdc power loss. (see dash dim?)_ 2: engine misfires. horribly and idle controls failed, (all will like that) 3: engine floods, same. 4: engine fueling drops so low and lean the engine stalls. 5: bad engine, cam time or sparking way off or 45 other engine prob. there is a test for each one, need a list? and last, 6: the ISC is stuck close, or EGR stuck open did you pull the DTC scan codes, the CEL blink test? from the ECU? is the CEL glowing (lamp in dash) running? omg, this is not a carb engine is it, many 87 were. 1987 is a cusp year, in USA for end off all carbs. (EPA rules)

Overloading on fuel

You must start by checking the actual fuel pressure with a test gauge, the fuel test port is on the top of the engine in the fuel pipe that feeds the injectors, you can buy a universal fuel pressure test kit from Autozone. You must also run a electronic engine control fault code test, you can learn how to do that here.

So ummm when ur engine

sometimes the rubber bladder takes a dump and the outside of the pulley just comes off. if the whole pulley came off it sounds like the crank pulley bolt either was not tight or gone. if you recently had a timing belt replaced that might be what caused it.

Car starts up at 2500 rpm and does'nt go down

if the ISC is bought brand new even though its new could go bad meaning it could be defective from the manufacturer from them from the start. You should also use a timing gun to check to see if the timing is where it should be at at idle speed of car. you could also use carb cleaner where it might be sticking at.

When i put posative battery

Check the wiring on the starter and alternator are in correct position, if fine than try to put the positive first, than switch on lights and try to put the negative on as second, if there is a problem with the electrical harness than you need a car electrician to have a look at it.

1987 Supra What is the in-dash warning light

Radiator, usually comes on when the exterior plastic tank gets low . Sometimes these leak as a result from low antifreeze and the plastic tank will crac k at the base, where the wire comes out which activates the little symbol light to the left of the temp gauge you are referring to.

I need to replace the radiator fluid. I've never

take the radiator cap off, only when engine is cool , start and turn the hater on high temp. once the engine thermostat has opened fill the radiator to top, replace cap. infront of the radiator in between the grille there is a small plastic reservoir, fill this to the proper level, also PS Make sure you add anti freeze and not just plain water it is best to purchase 50/50 mix as in the winter the plastic reservoir may freeze and crack without anti-freeze and you will be always adding water .
