Overloading on fuel
You must start by checking the actual fuel pressure with a test gauge, the fuel test port is on the top of the engine in the fuel pipe that feeds the injectors, you can buy a universal fuel pressure test kit from Autozone. You must also run a electronic engine control fault code test, you can learn how to do that
here.
Targa Top
Targa's are heavier than the solid roof supra cause the body panels are reinforced , cutting the roof to make a targa gonna weaken the structure greatly , if u gonna do it then theres a lot more to consider that just your saw blade, I got a 86.5 an with the roof off there's still body flex so be careful bro
Isnt getting any power to the fuel pump
Should be a designated fuse for the power to the fuel pump I'm not familuar with this model but some vehicals with electric fuel pumps have a reset swich on the pump or under the hood on the fire wall.

I have the same problem with my other car I went to a repair shop but they'r asking
for $ 2500. What I did? I replaced the transmission for guaranted working one from surplus
parts seller now it works perfect. $500 for the transmission about $400 for installation. I save a lot...
So ummm when ur engine
sometimes the rubber bladder takes a dump and the outside of the pulley just comes off. if the whole pulley came off it sounds like the crank pulley bolt either was not tight or gone. if you recently had a timing belt replaced that might be what caused it.
Car starts up at 2500 rpm and does'nt go down
if the ISC is bought brand new even though its new could go bad meaning it could be defective from the manufacturer from them from the start. You should also use a timing gun to check to see if the timing is where it should be at at idle speed of car. you could also use carb cleaner where it might be sticking at.
When i put posative battery
Check the wiring on the starter and alternator are in correct position, if fine than try to put the positive first, than switch on lights and try to put the negative on as second, if there is a problem with the electrical harness than you need a car electrician to have a look at it.
