Is there a special fluid

Are you asking if a business named "Valvoline Instant Oil Change" can change the fluid in your transmission ? If that is the question, I would say, yes they can.

An automatic trnsmission uses ATF (Automatic Transmission Fluid) -- any garage which does oil changes will have ATF and would know what to do with it.

The Transmission Overdrive on my

Hello
Just to verify you have had the computer control system for the transmission tested for fault codes? If you have and you had it done by a reputable transmission repair shop then what needs to be done is the transmission control module hooked up to a monitor and road tested to see if the transmission is being sent the the electronic command to shift into overdrive, this is essential to decide if the problem is caused by an electronic or mechanical problem, there is no magic answer to fix this type of problem. Aamco Transmission will do the testing for free in most cases, give them a try.

4.7Ltundra 2006 only getting 8mpg? should be 14

Well take a few things into consideration.

1. Is the truck lifted? If so it can effect your mpg.
2. Does the truck have oversized tires? If so this can effect your mpg.
3. Has all the routine maintenance been done? If not it can effect vehicle performance and gas mileage.

A few things to do would be replace your fuel filter and air filters. Check the spark plugs as well. Keep up on the maintenance and gas mileage should return to normal.

Need to check transmission fluid in my 06 tundra

On that particular vehicle there is no dipstick. There is a fill plug and an overflow plug on the transmission itself. To fill the transmission, you must use the Toyota manufacturer's automatic transmission fluid and have the vehicle on a flat, level surface. Remove the overflow plug and place a drain pan under it to catch any excess that runs out. Remove the fill plug, and fill the transmission with approved fluid until it begins to run out of the overflow hole. Wait until the excess has finished draining out, then reinstall the overflow and fill plugs and you're all set.
