2006 Toyota Tundra does not do reverse gear after transmission repair
If you opened the transmission 3 times then it became useless because you would have had to put new seals in it each time. Its a slipping front or forward clutch. its a mechanical issue. Transmissions nowadays need to be torqued and lubed to the right specifications, if you are off just .00000013 on your valve body then you are screwed.
Tuneup 2006 v6
A tune up on this model is just a new set of plugs every 100,000 miles or so no matter what the owners manual says. The plugs are under the individual coil overs, remove the coils to access the plugs (and whatever else is in the way)

Reversed battery cables on 2006 tundra. will not
Most likely you blew several fuses including some main fuses. A close inspection of all the fuses will more than likely reveal which ones are blown. The main fuses you should be able to visually inspect through the sight window on the fuse. The smaller fuses you will likely have to pull one at a time to see if they are blown. The main fuses will be a bit more of a challenge to replace. They are usually bolted to the fuse block and some disassembly of the fuse block will be needed in order to access the bolts for the main fuses. Once all the blown fuses have been replaced you will likley have several warning lights illuminated. A high end multi-function scan tool may be needed to clear all the codes. I just had a newer highlander that the customer hooked the jumber cables up to backwards. It took me about 2 hours to get all the fuses replaced and all the codes reset! 06 toyota tundra there is a cliking sound inside
A clickig sound is usually associated with a loose tappet. It could be a hydraulic adjuster that has blocked or collapsed. If you are mechanically adept you could tackle this job yourself with the aid of a manual or the technical specifications.
