2003 Celica GTS fuel door problem!!!

I had the same problem and I drilled out the rivets...it does work after giving it a little time. You will be able to drill all the way through the rivet and then pull it out. You'll have to order a new hinge or door and reinstall the rivets. Can go to Harbor Freight Tools and get a rivet tool with rivets if you don't have one. They're not expensive.

My auto mechanic wants tyo service my fuel injecto...

Unless your car is running poorly I wouldn't do it. There's no good reason to otherwise.

I you don't have the owner's manual you can find it here:

Replacing power antenna

Hi there,

Well there is a small Nut that is about .5 inches in diameter that has notches in it that holds the antenna top insert into place. The new antenna mast will have a new one with it. This unscrews and the insert pulls out and as you turn the radio on the cable will come all the way out. Reinsert the new cable with the teeth on the cable facing the same way the old one came out then turn the radio off and feed the cable down in the antenna assembly push the insert into place then reinstall the nut/retainer. There is a special tool to remove the nut but if you are careful you can use pliers or need nose pliers to get in the grooves.
Wire colors -
1. ground (Green)
2. +12 power and fuse (always on wire, blue and yellow wire on big connector on amplifier)
3. +12 radio/stereo on (red wire with 2 gray bands on the smaller connector on amplifier)
All of the wires noted here are connected to the GTS amplifier behind the glovebox.
Please post comments for further help or information......

Good Luck!!

Thanks

I have 195/60/R15 tires on my car, can I replace

Yes you can, but NO you shouldn't. 65 profile tires will be taller, with a greater circumference, and narrower than recommended 60 profile tires. You would have to replace all 4 ,and expect some deterioration in handling. Furthermore, the speedometer readings will be off noticeably.

Where is the f**kin fusebox on my Celica (2003)

A few places to look are underneath the dashboard area where your feet are on the driver's side. The dashboard glove box is another area. Or, if when your driver's side door is open..sometimes there is a panel on the side of the dashboard that is exposed. Hope this is helpful.

I need to eplace a clith and i need to know if how

start the car andwith your foot on the brake shift it into 3rd or 4th and slowly release the clutch the car should stall out. if the engine continues to run then the clutch is slipping. Another thing to do is while driving punch and hold the gas. Do the rev suddenly jump up while the car stays at about the same speed or just slowly increases in speed? if so then the clutch is slipping. Get a Haynes manual (autozone for about $20) and see if there is any adjustment fore the clutch. The manual should also have some sugestions for checking out the clutch.
