Best way to detatch a 2003 model celica quarter panel around the window?

You must remove the window and then pry the panel off, just drilling out the weld does not release the area around the weld.

My 03 celica ac indicator light flashes

Hello. You have posted a great question here, one that other Celica owners may also have. The solutions is as follows:

You have a very common issue.

More than likely, you have a bad AC magnet clutch relay.

Toyota is aware of a high failure rate from these relays, and has issued a technical sevice bulletin regarding this.

You need to replace the AC relay, with the updated relay.
The old relay part number is: 90987-02022.
The updated relay's Toyota part number is: 90987-02028

Contrary to what your dealer is telling you, the relay is in the relay box under the hood. Look for the 'AC MG Clutch relay'.

Replace the relay, and you problem will be cured.

One of my headlight has moisture in it how can i

An old trick is to get a fine drill and inside at the bottom drill a hole into the bottom of the surround, this will allow the water to drain, and stop any further water from building up. Otherwise you will need to replace it, or at least remove and drain it that way, the hole is much easier.
Also a commercial paint stripping gun essentially a big hair dryer also will work, be careful not to melt it though.

How do i replace rear number plate light bulbs?

You get to them by removing the few center fabric plugs in the trunk, and then pulling the light assembly out of thier holes. It's quite obvios once you remove the clips. Hope that helps.
