Unless such a switch is an aftermarket fitment I think it is unlikely your car is fitted with a manual fuel pump isolator switch though it is possible it might be fitted with an inertia fuel pump cut-off switch. Such switches have proved to be very reliable and unlikely to be faulty and unlikely to need resetting unless the car has suffered an impact or been involved in a collision. If the car is fitted with such a switch the location will be found in the vehicle handbook. In the absence of a collision causing the switch to trip it is probable another fault is causing your problem - fuse, fuel pump relay, fuel pump, crankshaft sensor...

This is caused by the front disk brake rotors being warped from heat and running out of true, the wobble of the warped rotors causes the wheel to shake when you apply the brakes, it is worse the higher the speed you apply them at. Have the front rotors machined flat again or just replace them.

Before tearing out the dash to get at servos, check for vacuum leaks and bad vacuum check valve.

It appears that you have a bad intermittent connection and those are hard to fix because most of the time, like when you want to work on it, everything is fine! But yes, check the wiring and the switches involved in affected circuits you described.
