The VSC and trac will shut off with a P0500 or P0705 code, so diagnose those first. You left out year and engine, so we can't look up most common failures.

Check to see if you are getting power to the fan motor. Do this by shutting off the car and then disconnecting the cannon plug to the condenser fan. Start the car and turn on the AC. Take the plug end from the car and test for power with a simple voltmeter or trouble light circuit tester. If you have power then you have a bad AC condenser fan. If you don't have power you probably have a bad relay. Check the relays in the fuse box under the hood. If the compressor does not run it can be a bad relay or a very low Freon charge. Good Luck.

the engine and vin numbers supplied to Toyota customer / technical division should be able to tell you which pistons were in that engine failing that go to an engine reconditioning shop and talk with the mechanics there as they replace pistons all the time

Yes, it does, however! I have now 2 Toyotas and I drove another recently, and ALL of them did this! I went to the dealers locally and all said "There is no problem". I took one to a expert private transmission rebuilder and he did a thorough and complete service, and it did not help. I learned to live with it. Perhaps warming it up (before driving it) for about 5 minutes will help. God bless your efforts.

did they replace the fuel pressure sensor. as this could be the problem. it could be over pressure or underpressure, that could be the regulator is blocked or the injector filter is clogged. but if no change in any driving needs then would just think it was the sensor as the others would limit fuel.

check transfer and transmission oil

oils sensor on the bottom of the sump are prone for the seal to go road muck and water gets in and gives a false reading. remove the plug and clean out and clean the connections and fit new seal.
