Hello,It sounds to me like a dead battery. The best thing to do is to take it to Autozone, or Advance Auto Parts, and have them do the free diagnostic tests on your entire charging system. The window not rolling down problem should have no effect on your battery. Unless there was a short in the circuit, in which case it could be the culprit. Nonetheless, the free tests I mentioned above will be able to tell you if there is drain when the car is off, or where your problem is within the charging system.I hope this helps!Mike

2005 Avalon only intermittently dedects cars ahead of me.

Check your horn relay and the wiring going to it. If they're in good order, the horn may have shorted out (hence the blown fuse) and need replacement.

has any other work been done on the car recently and were they working when you bought the car and when did you notice them not working and what are you plugging into them. all info will help me help you.........let me know.....

It means you need to read your owners manual

Also that you have a Vehicle System Malfunction,
that needs attention within a couple of days, of ANY
Light or Symbol on your dash

The check light may be one problem &
the vsc is drivetrain or you may just have one,
need to get the codes before you can start to
figure it out

If you mean at the shifter... D is for automatic drive, ...
S is for sport shift, where you move the lever + to up shift and - to down shift. Like a standard without the clutch.

Yea VSC lite will come on when ever a check engine lite is On, the codes you mentioned are certainly a EVAP codes, make sure your gas cap is a factory and inspect seal surface and contac surface on filler neck for rust clean if any,also check all hoses going into air box reconect if necesary, (have your car been in any accident) if have access to a scan tool resest lite if lite comes back no other option take it to a dealer, check for warranty coverage on this systems.
