On the bottom off the radater i have got an hose

if the hose is stuck on the metal nipple then it's corroded and the best way is to slice it and twist it off and replace the hose. clean the corrosion off of it before you put the new hose back on this will give a better sealing area.

Mysterious 'bottle' in engine of Peugeot 205 (1990)

If there is a small black hose going from that to the radiator, that's for the anti-freeze coolant. That is a special anti-freeze called prestone dex-cool. It's not green like the regular stuff. Now, if the hose is running up toward the windshield, that's windshield washer fluid. Prestone de-ice, that's also colored, and not blue. Just got to make sure which is which.

Clutch slipping

first i would try adjusting the clutch cable because commonly people with think that they're clutch is going out when really just the cable has gotten stretched....try adjusting that first and if that works then you should be fine for another couple thousand miles but if you want to not have to worry bout it for awhile i would just replace teh clutch assembly....usually ranges from $200 to $450 depending on the clutch set and the mechanic that does the work for you. Let me know what happens. :)

Location of relay

the heater blower does not have a specific relay. You need to replace the resistor located near the blower under the dash. It has a plug and a couple of screws.it may be a little difficult to get to .

The oil is probably milky or cloudy also .... I hope not.  If the oil is milky or cloudy too, it is likely you have
blown head gasket cracked cylinder head warped cylinder head.
You could try something like Barr's stop leak radiator additive to plug up the place where oil and water are mixing, but I don't recommend this,  it will be temporary if it does anygood at all.
The car can continue to run for quite a while (months) like this, but will start losing coolant, and worse, you'll be sending coolant through the lubrication system, prematurely wearing out EVERYTHING inside the engine.
If you have coolant in the oil, this will be an expensive and time consuming repair. Fingers crossed there is not coolant in the oil.

Passenger side electric window will

if car older and has been sitting around, I suggest a thin metal spatula between the outside of window and the rubber. my 306 window was stuck to the rubber but freed easily. It may be the motor or the wire harness in the door but its free and easy to check if vit is stuck. if this is cause then take outer rubber off and thoroughly clean

No spark from the car,

O.K. - I fixed the problem. It was a broken ground on the crank angle position sensor (some manuals call this the speed sensor). The original black insulation was gone and the ground wire was frayed. Replace this part and your car will fire up.
