Find out what size fuse for my Peugeot partner van

the amp size of the fuse is on the fuse. when you take it out look at it and you will see the number. some of them are on the fuse by the fuse itself.

Peugeot 406 1.9(110HDI) 2003

See if you can get the codes read, your model often has a particulate filter and all that entails but not allways on the 2,0 HDi, it seems too much of a coincidence to not be connected.

Want start have no lights on dash

Sounds like a bad starter connection, but it could be any number of things. You need three things for a car to run - spark, fuel and compression. Confirm you have spark (check the battery for the necessary cranking amps for your car, check to ensure you don't have any fouled plugs/wires), then go from there.

Heating has suddenly stopped working

Start by cheking the coolant level first and add as necessary. If it is low, add, and then start and turn on the heat to full and check operation. it is possible that you have a small leak and have not noticed an operating/overheating issue. Let me know if you need anything further.

Excess presure in coolant system

head gasket has gone but you havent stated if its a petrol or a diesel ,because the petrol one especially does have a bleed thump screw on the heater pipe at the back of the engine but if bleed and still pressurising then its a new gasket but these engine do suffer from head corrosion in the water ports if no antifreeze used and yours could have water ports that have corroded too large to hold ,its a 405 which is a old car now so it may be cheaper to buy a newer model

I can not remove the battery on my peugeot 207sw,

most batteries have a wedge block with a bolt through it down along side one of the long sides of the battery that hold it down to the battery box. Often an extension and socket are required to reach them striaght down the side of the battery
