there should be try goggling it but watch out there are some that will charge a fee, or on eBay you maybe able to obtain it in cd format for a small fee

The thermostat regulates the flow of coolant in the engine helping it get to operating temp quickly as to minimize engine wear during warm up to operating temperature

hopefully its just a bad thermostat. replace it
