My 94 jeep cherokee sport shuts off when it gets too hot
This may not be the case, but I have heard of them using procelain coolant tempature sensors in the early to mid 90's models. These can crack and will give incorrect readings to the ECU with can cause these issues. The temp sensor is cheap, about 10 bucks if I remember correctly, and is easy to replace. You may want to replace this first. I can't say its a 100% fix, but from the symptoms it sure sounds like it.
If that doesn't work let us know and we will move on to the next step. :)

Jeep will not shift till about 4500 rpm or if you
Follow cable from throttle linkage area to transmission. Check that where it attaches, to transmission, moves freely with gas pedal to floor & then released. Vehicle off, in park obviously. It may be a seized throttle valve linkage, just apply penetrating lube like WD-40, and try getting it to move farther & more free by hand, as well as with pedal until it returns all the way as it should. Let me know what you find.

High oil pressure and oil leak around oil filter seal.
It sounds like the check valve in the oil pump either has some trash in it or has gone bad. If it's a two wheel drive I don't remember the oil pan being that hard to get off. You can then drop the pickup and oil pump and soak them overnight in some parts cleaner. That may solve the problem, if there's trash in it. But if you're going to go through that much trouble, an oil pump shouldn't be that much I'd just replace it. So the problem doesn't come back. Good luck.

LOW BATTERY INDICATED
No this is not safe to continue to operate. The computer in these vehicles generally requires about 10 volts to operate as they should.
Under powering them can spike them and cost you an ECM.
This constant draw on your battery is also not good for it. After about 4-5 cycles of charging and driving you will find the battery coming back for more; less and less. Automotive batteries are not designed to withstand complete drain and repeat charging like deep cycle batteries and will fail in a short period of time in these drain/recharge cycles.
I would not operate this vehicle under anything less than an emergency situation.

Low battery gauge indicated
Not necessarily, this can also be caused by poor battery cable connections or a bad battery cable or a bad connection to the gauge or just a bad gauge.Check or have them checked first, and then have the alternator output tested,a voltmeter connected at the battery posts should measure 14.5 to 14.8 volts at an idle, any lower than this than the alternator is the problem.

94 jeep cherokee: check engine light code 35
No its not true, the cooling fan comes on when the coolant temp reaches a certain point it closes the switch in the temp sensor wich in turn closes the relay and powers the cooling fan,the reason it comes on with the A/C is that it's wired to bypass the temp sensor and associated relay because the A/C compressor forces the motor to work harder and the coolant temp to rise significantly faster, the relay needs to be replaced or you will overheat the motor and possibly cause serious damage.

Car quits running
Check your brackets for a bare wire (ground) that should be firmly attached to your car's frame this wire grounds your engine's ignition system (no ground no spark) If the wire is not solidly attached to an unpainted part of the frame and, vibrates the engine will lose ground and, your engine will die.

1994 Jeep Cherokee ignition problem
might check the crank sensor. it is located on the transmission bellhousing on top just off to the drivers side. if the pcm loses this signal the vehicle will die immediately and not restart until it sees the signal again
