Sounds like either a thermostat problem, certainly that if it cools right down when driving on the motorways etc or possibly a partially blocked heater matrix. Try running a good cooling system flush through it and change the thermostat.

Do you really need to change the door hinge or did the hinge pull out of the base metal on the body. More than likely the hinge is pulling out of the base metal. If so there are 2 different repair kits that are available through the Chrysler dealer. One kit is for when the hing welds are slightly ripped out and the other is for seriously ripped out. Probably less than $10.00 per hinge for either one. No welding required, bolt on. You will need a torx socket of the correct size to install.

actually your starter isn't seizing but likely the brushes are worn and hitting it gives you slightly better contact. The starter unbolts easily. To check the bolt location look at the bolt holes on the replacement and match them to your starter. Make sure to disconnect the positive battery lead from the battery before starting the job. Most rebuilt starters come with the solenoid. Generally the contacts wear at pretty much the same rate as the brushes so It would be foolish to not replace it.
Be careful not to over-tighten the terminals on the solenoid when putting it back together. The cover is plastic and can easily be broken. When mounting the starter, keep it straight and don't tighten one bolt then the other...Rather, semi tighten both and once snug, then do final tightening.

Pull off door panel and jump power to motor to test. If it doesnt work you bought the right part. Then disconnect motor and work regulator up by hand then wedge regulator in spots to keep glass up till part arrives.

Remove the 10 mm screws that hold the light housing to the body. (think there are four) one at the bottom is partially hidden by the bumper. Light sockets are quarter turn and easily removed.

If it's a bolt head, you need a star socket. Available at auto parts stores. If it's a female star shape, you need a Torx bit. Also widely available.

I would say no. The code 21 deals with the O2 sensor.

If i had to guess, I'd say the crank shaft position sensor is bad. The 4.0 liter sensor goes out often.

there should be a fuse map inside the owners manual or on the back of the fuse panel door. If not there should be a diagram in the chilton repair manual available at wal-mart, auto-zone, napa, etc.

Check the fuse. If you aren't sure where to find it, then check the owners manual for the fuse listing(schematic). It's also possible the cheap radio may have croaked. Cheap replacements & easy install wiring kits are available @ wal-mart. Ask the department clerk for help if need be.

Most door glass slides in from the top **** in the door. Sometimes the window seal around the window frame may have to come out and can be re-installed after you secure the glass to the track. You may have to insert the glass at an odd angle to fit it thru. Be sure to have the door panel off so you can access the track screws(bolts) and make sure you do or don't have to bond it with adhisive. A great bonding agent for this is gorilla glue, tested and still working on my friends 93grand cherokee. Good luck.

Have you replaced the crank sensor? There isn't really any way to test it, however it isn't expensive and it is fairly easy to replace. Good luck.

The resistor I think you are looking for is on the drivers side fender back near the master cylinder. Not positive but I think it runs off the asd or fuel pump relay. I may correct myself later if I can find the diagram and I'm wrong.

Before doing that job, disconnect the postiive cable from the battery and make sure you know how to re-arm the security system and the radio code if you have those features.(also make a belt diagram if the sticker with that info isn't on the car)
To remove the alternator, loosen the bolts on the power steering pump and turn the transverse bolt under the pump to allow the belt to loosen. Once the belt is off, remove the bolts that hold the alternator in place, then remove the wiring. If the wiring has separate wires, not a rubber holder, be sure to write down where each goes so you can put them back on.
The alternator is reasonably easy to reach but sometimes requires a bit of twisting and turning to get it out and in,
If you loosen the front bracket a little it makes re-install a bit easier.
Reverse procedure to install.

In the front of the engine compartment on the drivers side.

Because there are several screws that you cannot reach, likely the best thi9ng you can do with that is use a hole saw and cut at least a 3" diameter hole about 6" from the bottom and a few (about 4") off center towards the drivers side of the latch location.
Most latches fail to work due to rust and usually working the mechanism by hand and using lots of wd40 or other decent solvent will restore operation. You will also need to secure the control rod that connects the handle to the latch as once rusted the rod generally falls off.
The inner cover is usually an easy item to locate in most scrapyards and shouldn't cost too much. If the latch is actually broken, you can find another there as well. (key tumbler is easily transferable if you need that part).
