That would be P1611 and P1613, the letter is important as it indicates the system of the car affected, in this case the powertrain. I would unplug the large connector to the transmission and see if water has intruded into it. if so blow it out until it is dry and reinstall it. If that doesn't fix the problem you need to get a transmission repair shop involved in the diagnosis and repair.

bad news bro!!! had the same problem and it was the gearbox, i sent it to gearbox repair shop and it works and it was cheap!!
