There is no help here as far as I know .. .you will have to resolve this through your dealer, or device manufacturer it it can be resolved at all. You will have to prove ownership.

They can be a little difficult to start, but, you should be able to turn it counter clockwise and unscrew the existing knob.

yes most likely damage to the seal on the pump ,its normal when this happens ,also remove the front cover and look for bits of belt in their as well even if engine runs and appears ok ,BE WARNED AT YOUR PERIL ,cost me a lot of money on a customers car because i didnt check ,bang ,

Normally the outside door handle mechanism is the cause of the problem a small bit of plastic that links itself to the door lock, but for the door not opening from the inside I can only presume that you have the child safety lock switch activated, the only way to open up this door is to remove the bottom part of the seat and then removing the door panel.
