I use kia sephia and any time i fix new alternator belt it squeak and tear off
Pulleys are not aligned correctly, use a laser pointer with a magnetic piece that fits in the groove of two pulleys, the laser will shine on the second pulley and you can see if they are aligned, if not they will keep breaking. You can get this on line or in an auto parts store it's called " Gates Drive Align laser alignment tool. "
To align the pulley you have to adjust the bolt length using washers, or grind the mounting tabs on the alternator to give you more clearance or if it's the power steering pulley you will have to adjust how far in or out that pulley is mounted with a special puller/installer.
How can I remove ball joint?
It depends some are one unit with the control arm some are bolted some are riveted and have to be drilled out some are pressed. and some yoi remove a bolt and pry and on some older cars they ******* in so not knowing your year make and model its one of these
Was driving my kia sephia it made a loud popping noise with white smoke under hood now it wont start
This could be various issues. Assuming you have not looked under the hood and found anything obvious, I would suggest a tow truck and a good repair shop. Here's a couple tips. If you smell an accrid oder it could be a short in the wiring. If it looks like white steam it could be simple as a blown radiator hose. Quite honestly there's not a good way to diagnose the issue without inspection or more information.
Need to know if I can put a Kia Sephia engine in
For a direct bolt in swap, it needs to be the same chassis/frame, not body. Otherwise you'll need to find a swap kit to put it into anything else. Or make your own mounts like I do. I put a 383 small block High Performance engine I built into a 1974 AMC Javeline AMX and OMG is this baby a supercar. I made my own motor mounts out of steel plates welded together and bolted solid to engine and frame.
Fuel float/sending unit/fuel pump
The float and sender are a single unit, sold as a unit. The fuel pump and strainer are then attached to the sender unit. In the end its a one unit, its just that the pump and sender are sold seperately. Maybe this helps:)

You probably have had this fixed already. Using voltmeter check to be sure voltage is supplied to wiring at fuel pump(located under access under rear seat) If no voltage throught the wiring. Check hot to body ground anywhere. If voltage present you have a faulty ground. If no voltage again- try FUSE or track the wiring back to find a rub spot causing short. Taking for granted you checked pump before install to be sure it worked.

Low fluid or too much ATF? (foaming it up and killing bearings)p07xx is tranny DTC codes. (errors)TCC lockup failure. (the TCM commanded the lock and the tail shaft sensor did not rise in RPMthat is the engine RPM does not match tail RPM or 1:1 ratio.which is LOCK ratio. 1500 is speed sensor , reads wrong, No Vehicle Speed Signal to TCM.1624 means. MIL Request Signal from TCM to ECM.the means simply the Tcm SAW and error and sent that error up stream to ECM. creating 1500.remember the ECU never knows what part is bad.NEVER ! it only knows, the tests failed. (monitors) the first thing i do is find out which VSS failed.on some cars there are 2 to 5the first speed sensor is RPM does the scan tool show correct engine RPM? y/nif yes, does the scan-tool show correct MPH? sensor 2.y/n if not fix that first.the TCM function (tranny brain must not be lied to, in this order)engine RPM , MPH.and last the tranny its self as VSS (rpm) sensors. 1 to3.my guess, (too lazy to look it up) has 1 sensor on the tranny tail.if all is good and 1500 means VSS 2 tranny tail is fibbing.then its one of 3 things.(all others good)REMEMBER the TCM does comparisons to all speed sensors to shift the car correctly so the front sensor count first. then last the rear.VSS2 lies. this is bad bad tranny (slips) bad wires to VSS2 or bad VSS2. most TCM go to limp home when the tranny slips to stop burning up the clutch packs. may skip gears too.now what does slips out of gear mean. a neutral FLARE?or down shifts, if the tranny ever slips. this is bad news.if it does slip 1500 is only the warning that it didit say RPMs go out of control and threw 1500 pronto.Try to think(sic) like a TCM what would you do if the tranny malfs.answer, throws codes.and goes to limphome, if necessary, (FSM show these facts)so does alldata dot comwhat i do is try to get tranny to slip. using all gears.if it slips ,its bad. The TCM can not run a slipping tranny. the TC does slip, but the TCM has that all figured out. (modeled)not locked, and locked it must not.good luck and do ask questions.
