Do you have a check engine light?
If yes, have the codes read for problem identification.
Possibly the throttle position sensor, or idle air control valve, or EGR valve, but these are just a guess.
Need those trouble codes to really be useful.

Can a 2000 kia sephia transmission be removed without taking the transaxles and exhaust line off?
when in doubt , thank politely and go some where else to an accredited service shop that has experience on your make of vehicle
on assembly the power train ( engine and transmission) is on a stand and the body is lowered down over it and all of the subframe bolts are screwed in
so yes it is possible to remove the power train complete but as that would be the quick way to do it
I suspect that something more sinister is afoot
did you get a detailed explanation of the transmission problem or axle problem or was it just "you need a new " comment
What is causing my kia sephia headlight beam not to illuminate the road properly
A dim headlight probably has a poor connection - this is usually the result of corrosion in the headlight connector or the ground terminal. To fix this, remove the connector from the headlight and inspect the terminals on the headlight and inside the connector shell. If they appear dirty or tarnished, polish them (you may need to use Scotch-Brite or a similar light abrasive material). Next, trace the black or green wire to find the other end - generally it is attached with a sheet metal screw to a metal part of the body near the radiator. Remove the screw, polish any rust off of the body panel under the screw head, and polish the ring terminal on the end of the wire. Put it back together and coat the screw and terminal with grease or other protective compound to keep water out of the connection (do not coat the parts before putting it together unless the protective compound is specifically designed for electrical contacts).
Another common cause of dim headlights is deterioration of the plastic housing - there are a number of headlight polishing kits on the market to clear up the problem (pun intended :) ).
If the headlight is at full brightness, it may not be aimed in the correct direction. First, verify that the vehicle suspension is in good order; a sag or tilt will cause the problem. There are two or more spring-loaded screws in the headlight mount. To adjust, park on a level surface with the vehicle facing a wall or garage door. Turn on the lights, then adjust the aiming screws until the headlights are at the correct angle. You will probably have to fine-tune the adjustment after checking it on the road, so take along a screwdriver for the check. If you can get the aiming specifications from a service manual (e. g., Chilton's on Haynes manual; available at many car parts stores), you can adjust the beam spot more precisely.
