Dashboard Lights does not come on , I can not see my mileage, nor my warning light, the orange glowlight but nothing in the middle help???

the first thing you should do is check the fuses, if it is ok, maybe the sensors need replaced.---------MVCI 3 IN 1

Pressed in bushings ?You may have to make something, as you dontwant to buy a special & expensive once in a lifetimetool.Try a rental place for a tool.after you Google somethingthat looks like you need to install them

I hate to correct you Guru but on a 89 xj6 the fuel pump is located between the fuel tank and filter under the car. right above rearend. Its a littler hard to see but a easy fix

My Door is Stuck!

You must remove the panel to access the door with the door closed, it is very difficult but i have done it many times. Have a dealer do the job.

Rpms go up and when cold at idle

i dont know about this car but few cars come with automatic choke when you start cold the choke is activated to reduce air intake and in process excessive fuel is drawn in the carburettor to heat the engine and when it reaches the preset point the choke is automatically de activated. if you find it different from before then have a checkup on choke which might get stuck due to malfunction or else

Is it misfiring? Is the engine fuel pressure within specs? Is the exhaust possibly plugged? Have these checked.

Vibration from 45-60 mph..new michlin tires ,aligned and balanced

have the steering rack checked for excess play, also have all the front end bushing checked, this is a common cause of this type of problem, it is the front end that is doing it, finding the worn part(s) is the job that needs to be done to correct this.

Just got the car and only got three blocks it says

there is a fuse box in the arm rest , ck the fuses one is blown ..once you repalce it should remove the circut 3 failure light

Seatbelt on passenger side want

sounds like you have a buckle failure....this is the removal procedure...


  1. Remove the front seat.
