How can I replace fuel pump?
Not sure about your car specifically, but some require removal of fuel tank; some have an access panel in the floor above the tank.

Where is horn located?
Between front grill and radiator
You need to take plastic cover out.
it retained with reusable plastic fashioners.
twist and pull those (I think 6 or 8 of them).
Then take plastic caver off, you won't miss horn, those are right there.

Over heating in 2004 lincoln navigator
Are you losing any coolant ? Any leaks , heavy steam out of the exhaust ? Fluid level in radiator or overflow reservoir good ? Can you see the fan/fans running ? If fan/fans not running turn AC on and see if they run then. Could be thermostat not opening completely or water pump going bad. Radiator may be clogging slowing circulation.

2004 Lincoln nave, rear wheels jacked up high,
Replace the air suspension with conventional shock/strut
conversions. The Air Ride System is not worth investing
time and money ,after the vehicle is 5 years old.
Too expensive to maintain ,and too difficult to diagnose
Next time buy the Ford version of the vehicle

Radio lift gate and blower not working
Concerning the blower in your navigator. I had a similar problem when I first got mine. The battery in the truck recently got changed and there is a series of vaccum hoses in that General vicinity. One I plugged the vacuum hose back in the blower motor blew out the vents. But to ensure this is it I would check to see if air is coming through the windshield defogger first. If no there may be a different issue, if yes that's most likely your issue. In regards to the tailgate you could have a faulty switch, or a short. Lincolns are notorious for electrical issues. The wiring harness has a tendency to get water near it on the older models. Your wiring harness should be near the kick panel on the passenger side. Check your grounds.

How do i fix a frozen air suspension on a 2004 lincoln navigator
Frozen? If it's sagging and won't pump up your air springs are probably leaking which can lead to air pump/compressor failure and or blown fuse. If that's the case, you'll need to replace the springs. You can also get a conventional coil spring kit from most part stores.
