Car is overheating ...already replaced

Hi!!
Make sure the small hose going from the reservoir to the radiator and the orifice at the reservoir are not clogged. If OK, check electric cooling fan system, specifically the Coolant Temp. sensor, Fan Relays and Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM).
Electric cooling fan system consists of a fan and electric motor attached to the fan shroud.
  • Engine temperature is monitored by the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor.
  • Fan is controlled by Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM) with inputs from Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
The electric cooling fan is wired to operate only when ignition switch is in ON position and engine temperature exceeds specified temperature, or when A/C is on and vehicle speed is less than 45 MPH. During hard acceleration, the Wide Open Throttle A/C Cut-Off (WAC) relay controls the A/C clutch and cooling fan. A signal is sent to PCM and then to the CCRM, where the module de-energizes the A/C clutch and cooling fan, decreasing engine load during acceleration.
Good Luck!! A HELPFUL - 4 THUMBS - rating for this solution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for using FixYa!!

AC compresser kicks in and out

You have a leak in the AC system and the refrigerant charge is low, this is a common failure on this make and model, have repaired dozens of them. You will need to replace the AC compressor and also reseal all the AC lines with the new and improved nitrile rubber green O ring seals. This job requires a car hoist and special tools an it is best left to an expert. Cost is about $1000.00

The fan for the A/C stays on high all the time, even when you turn off the A/C.

First of all, How would a blown fuse cause something to run??? When a fuse blows, it cuts the power to the circuits that it protects. I do not mean to be offensive, but if you do not know any more about electrical systems than that, you probably should not be messing with it yourself. I have seen many good cars end up in the junk yard way before their time because of similar deeds. With that said, your blower motor speed is controlled by the Blower Motor Speed Control Module based on input from the Electronic Automatic Temperature Control Module (EATC). Malfunctions in either of these modules can cause the blower motor to run continuously at high speed. You must perform specific system tests to find out which one it is.
