You have a blocked fuel line!

If you spray starting fluid into the air intake of the engine does it start? If it does you do not have fuel injector pulse and no fuel delivery to the engine or the injectors are ruined from dried fuel deposits. Do you have any fault codes in the ECM memory? Checking for codes is very important, this is an electronically controlled engine.

check the fuel relays next to the battery

might be wise to check the fuel pressure

HI, The oil capacity for your vehicle will be 8 and 7/10th's Quarts. This includes the filter, as well.

test the wires at the motor itself to see if there is power and ground with the wipers turned on,if there is replace the motor,the motor might get really hot with power going to it if its not workinh properly..so be careful,hope this helps

get your power steering belt adjusted sounds loose which would leave you steering heavy.hope this helps.adrian

try the engine coolant temperature sensor for the engine managment system i think it is situated in the thermostat housing.
