2002 hyundai xg350 thathad damage to the front but i havent been able to find any in junk yards are there any other models that are interchangeable body or cooling sys everything b 4 the battery

Unlikely I feel. Initially Hyundai tended to use parts from other manufacturers but things have moved on. The Hyundai Stellar used the floor pan and running gear of a Ford Cortina with a home-grown body shell and a Mitsubishi engine for instance. These days automatic machinery and computer aided design means it is easy to produce custom components for each new model and so less rationalisation takes place. The only advice I can offer is to make friends with a dealer and obtain a list of the Hyundai part numbers of the components you need. The dealer should be able then to cross-reference those numbers and tell you which, if any, are common to other models. It is true the only economic method of rebuilding would be with a donor car and it might be necessary to use something like Computer-find-a-part and go national in your search, otherwise it will be necessary to use a mixture of whatever OE new parts that are available and various local specialists for your rebuild. The remaining alternatives will be to either scrap the car or to fabricate a custom front end.

Where is thermostat located?

Follow the radiator hose ... The top hose may take you to it.. If not, follow the bottom hose to the rear of the engine. Or towards the airbox - depending on the particular model I'm not familiar with your particular car, but the thermostat should be more or less at the end of the rubber radiator hose. It will be in an alloy casing, bolted to the block by 2 or 3 bolts
