The park position is controlled inside the motor/actuator assembly. Not sure if it can be repaired. See if it is assembled with screws versus rivets. A new assembly is less than $100.

With the wire to the compressor unplugged, see if 12 volts is present at the plug. If voltage is present, then check the terminals on the compressor clutch for continuity. ( voltage meter in beep mode) Volt meter will beep if clutch coil is good, no beep, clutch coil is bad. Also low Freon pressure will disable clutch via low pressure switch at the accumulator. Always check pressure and add Freon to low side(large tubing) A freeze hazard and explosion hazard (high side, small tubing) exist when handling Freon. Wear safety glasses and be careful. Also cooling fans should run continuous when A/C is on

My understanding is that this is a scan tool data code for a control module menu. So, I would imagine you would need proper equipment to diagnose further - meaning the appropriate auto mechanic. You need a special tool to release the tension on the old belt and when reinstalling the new belt. Pay attention to the belt routing path in case it falls off the other pulleys. You can usually borrow or rent the tool from the auto parts store you buy the new belt from.

if it is a unibody then it will have an engine cradle or sub-frame that supports the engine and transmission. If you plan on replacing the subframe you will need to support the engine and transmission from the top side with an engine support fixture. remove the glove box door and glove box to access this. its behind the right side of dash. remove the end cover and slide out the air filter and reinstall. hope this helps

usually the pollen filter is located under the windshield in the shroud area or some place where air enters the cabin of the car check also your airfilter cannister it will be in or on the fire wall or door jam look carefully alos you can have the dealership or an auto parts store tell you the location of the part.
