dear friend-seeing that i have no fax no for you i will try and explain the best i can.you got 6 pulleys 2 top 2 middle and 2 bottom.the belt runs out side on top in side in middel outside at bottom.hope this will help.send fax no for diagram.
How to replace serpentine belts 99' Hyundai Elantra.
you might need to get a prybar or something such long, and try to pry it off the belt, it should go easy right away. It is a spring-inside assembly, and won't brake. There also could be a 3/4 hole in it, look from a side. It's for middle size ratched, it can be used to loosen the tensioner from serp. belt.
The key will get stuck in the ignition in 99 Hyundai Elantra.
IT could be two things. The first thing it could be is the ignition itself. This type of ignition has a electrical plug that will pop up when the car is put in park so if the car is not in park or n the key will not come out. On elantras these sometimes fail and fail often. When thay do fail the key will get stuck and like you said you can go back later and the key will come out. The problem is that you do want to get a new ing you will have a 2 keys. your old keys for your doors and a new one for your ing cause hyundai will not rekey ingitions. The second thing that it could be is called a park safety switch when you put the shifter in park it sends a signal to the electrical plug to lift up. This sensor is under your shifter and also goes bad often causeing the same problem. These sensors are in the same circuit and are tied together I always replace both.
Remove reat strut form 99 hyundai elantra
On either side of the trunk, you can see the shape of the wheel well.... near the top of each well is the access port to remove the strut upper mounting nuts attaching it to the frame.
I just want to know what holds the axle to the
1-remove wheel2-remove axle center bolt.3-undo bolt of sway bar link on lower control arm.4-undo bolt of lower ball joint and separate lower control arm from steering knuckle,move knuckle aside while slipping cv axle out of knuckle.5-use pry bar to pop inner cv out of tranny.
Cant get indicators working
there is a gray block fuse under the hood that could control the light
take it out and take it to auto zone and have checked this good be the
easiest fix but it will cost about $25.00 for that fuse!
Hesitation
check air filter,fuel filter,spark plugs and wires,vacum hoses for damage.with no engine trouble codes,these are the usual suspects.hope it could help!
