Hyundai Excel brake lights stay
Mine does the same and I am currently getting it fixed.
Basically the brake pedal, when not depressed, is placed against a switch which turns off the brake light (even when the car is not on). There is a rubber disc that connects the two, which in my car has disintegrated into bits. If I stuff things between the two (like the crumbling bits of the rubber disc) the brake lights turn off, but as soon as I use the brakes again, the bit I stuffed in falls out. You can look at it yourself, but it is in a difficult spot around the top of the brake pedal.
At this stage I am been advised that I must replace the whole switch, but I am contemplating finding an improvised solution (like tap washers) as it seems a simple problem to fix.

No bleeding required, just top up oil after the job is done. It will make a noise for a short period of time until the air is gone.
Fill reservoir, move steering wheel without running engine 2-3 times from left end to right end. Start engine, steer again. Keep toping up oil until the level is not going down again at running engine. Road test and check oil again. Done
