Hi Duffy, You'll need to get new keys and have them re-encoded. The encodement center will require the chassis number of your vehicle as some of the numbers are for the encodement. Come on....don't blame the kids, who left them where the kids could get them anyway? Regards John

Hello!Is it that only 1 light goes on? Or is the problem effecting both backup lights?If it is only 1 light with the problem, you probably just need to replace the bulb with a new one. But if it is both lights then you may need a fuse or some other troubleshooting methods.Check out whether both bulbs are out, if not, post back for further assistance.Best regards,EJ Kudelka

I finally traced my similar problem to a broken wire into the plug going to the crank angle sensor which on this animal is located at the front of the motor on the right hand side when looking at the motor from the front. It is just below the clutch slave cylinder and is held in place by a 10mm headed bolt or phillips head (posi drive) bolt.
Good place to start.
